D.L. Timber Construction Ltd was founded in May 2018 by Graham Duffy with a straightforward aim: deliver timber kit erection and joinery to a standard that main contractors can rely on, programme after programme. Today we work with large house builders and private clients across Scotland, handling everything from full kit erection and internal roughing through to finishing joinery, renovations and extensions.
Being a smaller company is something we treat as an advantage. Graham remains personally involved in every project, which means decisions are made quickly, quality is checked at every stage and the main client always has a direct line to the person responsible.

Our team carries more than trade qualifications. We hold additional certifications in site supervision and site management, and we are trained to work alongside cranes during large kit erections. For main contractors, that means a subcontractor who can supervise all stages of the works independently and slot into a live construction site without hand-holding.
